Helleborus ‘Whirlwind Romance’ WEDDING PARTY®, commonly known as Whirlwind Romance Hellebore (Lenten Rose), has large, fully double blooms reaching 7.5 cm (3 in) across. The white petals are almost completely overlaid with rich burgundy veining. Dark burgundy throats provide striking contrast against the bright yellow stamens, and the concentrated picotee edging acts as a gorgeous outliner of all the sepals. Compared to Blushing Bridesmaid Hellebore, this variety displays a deeper, more saturated burgundy overall, with intensified color at the petal tips and distinct throat coloration for added depth and dimension.
