SHIPPING BEGINS APRIL 2021.
Orders placed by October 31, 2021 will be shipped in 2021. Any orders placed after October 31, 2021 will be shipped spring – fall of 2022 (dependent on when variety reaches maturity as an Econoplant or Turboplant). Please do not order before November for next year delivery.
BambooPlant.ca grows its plants in South Eastern Ontario, and ships within Canada. If you are outside of mainland Canada please contact us at email@example.com for information about shipping charges. Please note that Phytosanitary Certificates* are required for all international shipments, and charges will be applied to all international orders.
We don’t currently ship to the USA, but plan to, as we expand in the future.
*The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issues Phytosanitary Certificates, and certify that a shipment of plants, plant products or other regulated articles meets an importing country’s specified phytosanitary requirements.
All plants are shipped Canada Post from BambooPlant.ca in Ontario. We make every attempt to ship currently available plants within a week. Time to arrival is dependent on location of shipping address.
We ship from the end of April to the end of October, and ship weekly. Please check our website home page in April, for further details.
Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately, no. Our business is set-up on an e-commerce model – so, we grow plants, take orders, and ship. We follow this model as we are incredibly busy with more than one greenhouse site, and its almost impossible to get us away from tending plants.
When can I place my order?
All year round! We close for the winter on October 31st, and orders placed by then will be shipped the year they were ordered. Orders placed November 1st or later, can only shipped the following spring and summer. Please do not order before November for next year delivery. As soon as your plants become available we will ship them to you.
When can I start placing orders for spring next year?
If you wish to place an order for next spring, before we close on October 31st, please send us an email. Include your order number, and date; and ask us to hold the order until next year. All orders placed after October 31st, will automatically be shipped in the next calendar year.
What if I want my order to be shipped on a specific date?
We can ship your order in a specific week, but not on a specific day. Send us an email with your order number and the week you’d like it shipped, and we will see what we can do.
