The lively green foliage is intensely fragrant, and is used (as are the flowers) in teas, baking, salads, lemonades, cordials and cocktails.
Cut back Agastache 'Rosie Posie' flower stems in summer to promote continuous bloom. Needs full sun, and is tolerant of dry conditions. Not fussy about soil conditions. Use Rosie Posie Anise Hyssop in xeriscaping, rock gardens, borders, mass planting, containers, and as cut flowers and foliage. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees, and is resistant to deer.
