Makrut Lime tree is a slow growing upright bush, with sharp thorns and glossy, green leaves. It grows to over 6 feet tall and 5 feet wide. Small fragrant, white flowers bloom in the summer, and are followed by small, round, green fruits with bumpy skin that has high levels of aromatic oils. Thai Lime Citrus will do extremely well in pots, and in full sun. It will need to be brought indoors when temperatures cool to 10°C.
