York Elderberry Bush is the largest variety of Elderberry that can produces multiple clusters of large Elderberries. This variety is known for its huge production of large berries, but not necessarily the sweetest. Elderberry also has beautiful umbled white and yellow flowers. Elderberry is famous as a medicinal berry filled with vitamin C. It is best cooked into desserts or even made into tinctures. Elderberry has been used as a folk remedy for the common cold.
