Columbia Giant Blackberry (Rubus 'Columbia Giant') is known for its giant, dark blackberries. The juicy, elegant, long blackberries are highly appreciated fresh in fruit bowls, salads, and desserts. They have a great balance of tart and sweet flavours, with a distinctive hint of raspberry. Wonderful when cooked into jams and cobblers.

Incredibly high yielding (10 to 15 lbs per plant), Columbia Giant Blackberry is thornless, and trailing in habit. It starts bearing fruits 1-2 years after planting.

This thornless blackberry makes a beautiful hedge or screen when supported by a fence. USDA zone: 6a. Blooms appear in April-May, and fruit is ripe by July-August.
