Salix 'Rabbit's Foot' is an extraordinary small willow tree (up to 20 ft at maturity, if not coppiced) with large, rabbit's foot shaped catkins that are prized as cut flowers. An early and free-flowering, with silvery white catkins. A vigourous male plant, it has large green leaves that are silky underneath. A prolific bloomer. Deer resistant. Coppice for more young stem and catkin production. Hardy to Zone 4a. 'Rabbit's Foot' can be used to make living structure, coarse basketry and elegant spring bouquets.
