As with Tall Moor Grass, the feathery plumes of Molinia caerulea 'Variegata' erupt from the cascading foliage. Here though, the clump is smaller, and the flowers only reach the height of 2.5 ft. True to its name Variegated Moor Grass has deep green foliage variegated with a yellow or creamy-white central stripe, and yellow plumes. It's form and stature make it a graceful addition to rock gardens and perennial beds. Of interest June to winter.
