The cup-shaped flowers (their inner petals are shorter than the outer petals) nod and dangle from sturdy stems above glossy green foliage. The overall affect is one of delicacy, but Hellebore, also known as Lenten Roses, are sturdy and hardy plants.
This double pink Hellebore grows to 2 ft tall and wide. It is happy in partial shade, and is perfect for underplanting shrubs, and in beds and borders. Double Ellen Pink Hellebore provides important early nectar for spring pollinators. Semi-evergreen, deer and rabbit resistant. Hardy to Zone 5.
