Colorado Blue Spruce, or Picea pungens 'Glauca' is an extremely hardy evergreen accent tree. Attractive blue-green needles contrast with gray bark add a pop of colour to the garden, throughout the winter months. Grows up to 60 feet tall and 20 feet wide. Makes an excellent windbreak. Best grown in full sun. Tolerates a variety of moisture and soil conditions, but does not tolerate standing water.
