Helleborus 'New York Night' HONEYMOON® Series

Helleborus ‘New York Night’ HONEYMOON®, commonly known as New York Night Black Hellebore, produces dramatic flowers measuring up to 7.5 cm (3 in.) across. The nodding, cup-shaped blooms display rich shades of purplish-black to near jet-black. This intense colouration creates a striking contrast with the creamy yellow stamens, which seem to glow at the center of each flower. A bright light in a dark New York Night!

They naturalize beautifully in moist woodland settings, where their robust root systems gradually expand over time. Hardy to Zone 4a, this black Hellebore plant is low-maintenance, drought- and salt-tolerant once established, and resistant to deer and rabbits.
