Variegated Pink Lemon Tree (Citrus limon 'Variegated Pink') combines unique fruit, attractive foliage, and deliciously fragrant flowers - all in one citrus plant! The large (approximately 85 - 110 g) pink-fleshed lemons have a tart taste, similar to a classic lemon, and become sweeter and less acidic with age. The fruit of Pink Eureka Lemon is firm and juicy, while the yellow skin is slightly textured with unique green streaking. It is a very tasty fruit with an aesthetically pleasing look.

The pink-fleshed lemons can be eaten fresh, and used in any recipe calling for lemons. The juice is clear, and will add bright flavour to seafood dishes, vegetables, curries, and is often used in salad dressings, and vinaigrettes. On the sweeter side, the zest and juice can be used to flavour desserts and baked goods such as pies, cakes, lemon bars and tarts. The ways to use Variegated Pink Lemon are endless!

The leaves of Pink Eureka Lemon are glossy green featuring white and yellow margins, making this citrus plant a very attractive ornamental specimen. The creamy white blossoms are wonderfully fragrant and showy, adding to the beauty of this unique variety.

Hardy to Zone 9a (-6.5° C), this Zebra Lemon needs to be grown as a container plant in our Canadian climate. Bring your Variegated Pink Lemon Tree indoors every fall and place it in a sunny spot. Return it to the full sun outdoors in the warmer months to enjoy on the patio or in the garden. This variety is self-pollinating and will produce fruit alone. Your tree will be bearing delicious and beautiful lemons within the first or second year.

Note: Citrus limon 'Variegated Pink' is grafted onto Flying Dragon rootstock which keeps the plants below 6 feet in height and induces early fruit production.
