Fountain Bamboo (Fargesia nitida) is an elegant species with the classic Fargesia vase shape with an upright habit and stems that end in graceful arches. Stems have copious cascading foliage with delicate evergreen leaves. The distinctly segmented purple culms have vivid orange sheaths.
