In spring, FIRE SPINNER® Ice Plant is covered with stunning tri-coloured flowers with apricot-orange outer petal colours, hot pink-magenta mid-petal colour, and white centres. Reblooms sporadically throughout the summer. It is a very short (2 inches), spreading, ground cover of succulent, apple green foliage that forms a dense mat. Delosperma FIRE SPINNER® spreads to 18 inches wide. Foliage is evergreen, and takes on bronze tones in the winter.
A hardy, heat-loving, drought tolerant, non-invasive groundcover for borders, xeriscaping, and rock gardens. Plant en masse for incredible impact. Wonderful in containers. FIRE SPINNER® Hardy Ice plant is excellent for stabilizing topsoil on slopes. Deer resistant.
