Hemerocallis 'Ruby Spider' RAINBOW RHYTHM®, commonly known as Ruby Spider Daylily is considered a premium daylily. It’s hardy, vigorous, and exceptionally floriferous. Its gigantic, ruby red blooms measure up to 9 inches in diameter, and have have golden midribs, and radiating golden throats. The petals are highly unusual in their length, and spoon-shape; and make a big impact in the garden. This large-flowered daylily blooms in June.

Ruby Spider Daylily is tetraploid. Tetraploid varieties are usually more vigorous, show higher adaptability to various soil types, and cold hardiness (zone 3a). The plant is just under 3 feet tall with a spread of 2 ft. Makes an absolutely wonderful foundation plant.

Daylilies are very easy to grow with average to low water needs; and can survive the worst of environments. They are rabbit resistant; and salt and tolerant. This red and yellow daylily attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. Plant Ruby Spider Early Blooming Daylily in a swath for a really beautiful mass of flowers.
