Veronica spicata 'Ulster Dwarf Blue' is a dwarf perennial with dense spikes of stunning star-shaped blue flowers, above lance-shaped, hairy, toothed mid-green leaves. Flowers are long lasting (and retain their hue), and a great source of nectar for bees and butterflies throughout the season. It is a compact, tidy plant for country and cottage garden beds and containers.
