Sedum sieboldii (Hylotelephium sieboldii) is a trailing succulent, with leaves that begin as bluish-gray edged with deep rose-pink, which turns bright pink in late fall, and early winter. The leaves grow in whorls of three, and are stacked on arching, skewer-like stems up to 12.0" long.

Clusters of dusty pink star-shaped flowers are produced in the fall. They are an important late-season nectar source for pollinators.

Easy to care for and durable, this sedum is drought tolerant, and will tolerate part shade. It’s wonderful mixed with other Sedums and Sempervivums in rock and alpine gardens, planters and baskets. Unlike most hardy stonecrops, October Daphne Stonecrop can grow indoors near sunny windows. Attracts bees and butterflies.
