Sanguisorba officinalis 'Pink Tanna' is a beautiful summer blooming grass, with a profusion of deep pink bottlebrush-like flowerheads with pale pink stamens. Seed heads turn a russet brown in the autumn. Dense leaves of grey-green, finely toothed leaves crowd the base of this clumping perennial. 'Pink Tanna' brings graceful movement, and an ethereal quality to gardens. It has big impact in small spaces. Wonderful in meadow gardens, planters, and borders. Atrracts butterflies. Deer and rebbit resistant.
