Rubus idaeus ‘Coho’ is a high yielding raspberry, named for the bright red colouration, and late spawning habit of the of the Coho Salmon. A late-season raspberry variety with fruit ripening in late July and August. Large, firm, flavourful berries are perfect for eating fresh, great in pies and jams, and excellent for freezing. Coho raspberry produces small white blooms in May and June. ‘Coho’ is a floricane (summer bearing) raspberry.
