Little Pinkie Gentian is a gorgeous perennial ground cover. The lance shaped foliage forms glossy, dark green and compact mats.
Large masses of erect, trumpet-shaped, rich pink to purple-coloured flowers appear over the short spreading foliage. Little Pinkie is a cross between spring Gentiana and Autumn Gentiana, blooming from late spring all the way into fall. Remove spent flowers to promote more flower production.
Beneficial to pollinator species, Gentiana 'Little Pinkie' grows best in full sun and humus-rich, consistently moist but well-drained soil.
