Concorde Japanese Barberry will add a unique colour accent to your garden all season long. In the spring red foliage emerges and then turns an attractive deep purple. In the fall the highly ornamental leaves turn scarlet red. In the spring there are tiny yellow flowers that hang below the spiny branches that make way for showy red berries in the fall. As one of the smallest purple-leaf barberries available, Berberis thunbergii 'Concorde' is ideal for colour accent in edging, borders and containers.
